Introduction to Meditation Course
The ancient method of Dzogchen meditation allows the mind, body and energy to rest all at once. Scientific research shows that meditation will not only change our mind but also our brain to bring about lasting well-being. Attendees will be taken through guided meditation practices to help focus and calm the mind. Attendees are also welcome to participate in our ongoing study course where we will listen to and discuss recorded teachings on meditation and Dzogchen given by revered Tibetan lama, His Eminence Dzogchen Rinpoche.
