We are also holding an information forum for retailers on the 30th of June, as we want to involve them in the project from the very beginning.  We will work with them to alleviate their concerns and to assist and support them to 'make the switch'.

As we are only about a month old and we do not have a detailed plan of action, we cannot give you many details of the project, however your letter of support could refer to Lions Club of Torquay agreeing in principle to the idea.  We are approaching a wide variety of local community groups to do the same, and would greatly appreciate your support.
