Combined Probus Club of Torquay Surfcoast Inc
Combined Probus Club of Torquay Surf Coast Inc.
Who we are
The first Australian Probus Clubs were established by Rotary International in 1976. The principal object of each club is to advance intellectual, cultural and social interests among adults who have retired from the full-time workforce.
The Combined Probus Club of Torquay Surf Coast Inc. was formed in 2006 and quickly attracted strong membership from Torquay and nearby communities. There are 110 active members and the waiting list is fully subscribed.
In addition to regular monthly meetings, members enjoy a broad social program through guest speakers, interest groups, day trips and longer holiday tours.
The club strongly endorses the Probus theme of ‘Friendship, Fellowship and Fun'.
